Return Process

  Carefully repackage your items in their original boxes with all protective padding to ensure they arrive back to us safely.

  Schedule a Pickup

  For large furniture items, we will coordinate a professional courier to collect the package from your doorstep at a time that suits you.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
